We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Proof of purchase is required.
Our lamp attachments are designed to sit on top of standard glass bottles. Bottles are not included, and we are not responsible for damage caused by unstable, incompatible, or damaged bottles, or by improper use or installation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
